Project Administrative Assistant
Gigunda Group has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to support a major marketing project for a Fortune 500 health insurer. The position would be based out of the Gigunda Group office near Union Square in New York City. Primary responsibilities include: managing internal communications, organizing calendars and scheduling meetings, conducting and sharing research, compiling client reports, managing production and shipping logistics for marketing materials, gathering material for and editing presentations, and other organizational duties as needed.
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional organization skills
- Willingness to use and adopt new digital tools to support organization
- Excellent and clear written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
