Cyber bullying is using technology to bully others through computers, cellphones and tablets. Students have access to social media sites and chat rooms which can be a main cause where cyber bullying takes place. As parents and educators we need to be well informed of what is cyber bullying and how we can prevent it.

If students are laughing at one student's misfortune it becomes school news the next day. Various pictures shown to embarrass them later. | Cyber Bullying Cyber Bullying is very serious and it is growing rapidly. Many students already face bullying at school but now through any form of technology can be targeted. We need to come together as educators and parents and take notice of our children's access to websites and social sites. | Social Media Even when students leave school they are still at risk to be bullied. The growing numbers of children interacting through various social media websites. Children are vulnerable and easy to target from cyber bullies. |
