This communication is to inform you of an important update for the 2022 TELPAS and TELPAS Alternate administrations.

SPRING 2022 TELPAS AND TELPAS ALTERNATE UPDATE

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is extending the deadline for submitting score codes for the Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System (TELPAS) and TELPAS Alternate assessments until 11:59 p.m. (CT) Friday, April 8, 2022. All score codes must be entered in the Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) by that time.

As a reminder, districts must finalize all student demographic updates in TIDE by the end of the day today, 11:59 p.m. (CT) Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Demographic data includes years in U.S. schools and student enrollment in the appropriate district and campus for reporting purposes.
