Benefits of LC2LC Partnership

Timeline Synchronization

One of main problems during Matching process is timeline synchronization. Each projects and EPs available date has different timeline. These differences caused low matching rate both for OGX Department Home Country and ICX Department Hosting Country. Through LC2LC Partnership, the timeline problem can be avoided. Home country and Hosting country can collaborate and discuss the availability of the EPs & projects.

Faster Matching

Match! Match! Match! The big M that gives worries in every exchanger department. Matching has the highest rate of uncertainty during the Ra-Ma-Re process. It takes a long time to get a response. There are several disadvantages from the long duration of matching process such as : an EP break-raise, expired TNs, unachieved targets (both for Hosting Countries & Home Countries). Through LC2LC Partnership a match can be done faster & target can be achieved.

Ensuring Quality & Development :

In AIESEC, we can develop ourselves by developing others. Through LC2LC Partnership, both home LC & hosting LC can ensure the quality of both EPs development & project. With good quality delivered both home LC & hosting LC can improve & maintain NPS score.

Welcome to Chengdu!

I open my warm arms to receive your inquiry and application!

Looking forward to your reply!
