Did You Know?

Did you know that Central Plains Equipment has become a great supporter of our school and other schools in the area? This fall Central Plains Equipment sponsored a “Red Zone” donation that gave $25.00 to the athletic program every time the football team scored a touchdown, which totaled $1,300. They have also sponsored hats and mittens for students in need. This winter they will be donating to the athletic program based on 3 pointers in basketball. We are very grateful for this company's support!

Thank you Central Plains for supporting our school and community!

Success

The measure of our success will not be determined by how we act during the great times in our life but rather by how we think and respond to the challenges of our most difficult moments.

Middle School Boys Basketball Victorious over Merino Rams

The MS boys basketball teams are winding down their season. They have learned a lot and grown in many ways over the season. They are 9-2 on their season.

Akron will host the LPAA tournament on Saturday, December 10 starting at 9 am. Please come and support these young men.

Go Rams!

Pop Up Clothing Store

The Life Skills class has opened a fundraiser, pop-up clothing store in the old Y-W building through Christmas.

They will be open on Monday-Thursday 1:00 pm-6:00 pm

Fridays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am -12:00 pm

They have a wide selection of new clothing from Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdale's, QVC, Target and more. Sizes range from children, teens, women's and mens.

The Life Skills class will receive 15% of everything sold and will use the earnings for a field trip at the end of the year. This gives our students a chance to work in a store setting and learn to handle money, give back change, social skills, and work together as a team.

We want to thank Stockmen's Bank for donating the use of the building for our project.
