ALTA VISTA NEWS
Despite the rainy weather today, Spring is here! This is the time of year that our calendars fill up with special activities and celebrations. I want to encourage you to take a look at the Home & School Club section of today's newsletter, where you will find dates for everything from Dining for Dollars to the return of Alta Vista's Variety Show. Quite a few of our community events are scheduled for Fridays, so be sure to "save the date".
Don't forget that if you are attending a special event during the school day, you need to check in at the office first. You will use your drivers license to print out a visitor sticker at the main desk. Large scale events, such as fourth grade's upcoming musical, are likely to include quite a few audience members. To avoid a long queue waiting for your visitor sticker, you can stop by the office up to one week prior to a performance to print out your "golden ticket" and keep it in a safe place.
We look forward to seeing you on the playground, in the classroom, and around campus.
