Student Recruitment & Marketing for Today's Prospective Students
Today's admission marketplace is more competitive than ever, and colleges must work harder and smarter in order to recruit each year's entering class. So how does Knox bring in the class? Paul Steenis, vice president for enrollment and dean of admission, will discuss Knox's efforts to recruit the 21st century student. He will be joined Megan Scott, associate vice president and chief communications officer, who will discuss the new Knox website and Admission publications, as well as the College's new marketing messaging.

The Knox College Music Department presents a General Student Recital. The recitals will include vocal and instrumental performances as well as performances by Women's Chorale, Men's Ensemble, String Ensemble and Flute Choir. Free and open to all.
Knox New Music Ensemble Concert

The Knox New Music Ensemble will present two late Twentieth-Century minimalist masterworks: Brian Eno's contemplative Ambient 1: Music For Airports and Louis Andriessen's unrelenting Worker's Union.
The show will be directed by Daniel Godsil.

The student organizers leading the movement to bring a chapter of the Orthodox Christian Fellowship to campus would like to invite you to come by and learn more about us, Orthodoxy, and the OCF organization. We will be in the Common Room with the intention of chanting a Paraklesis service at 8 for those who are interested. (The Paraklesis is a short, 45 minute canon of intercession to Mary, the Theotokos.) We would love to see you there.

I-Fair 2015 Sign-Ups
International Club is already starting to plan for International Fair 2015, "Legend has it". This year the theme is Stories and Fables. It will be held during the week of January 25 - January 31. The venues for I-Fair's main events (held on Jan. 31st) are different this year: the Memorial Gym's Basketball Gym and Field House. Below are different sign-up forms if you, a group of students, or club are interested in participating in I-Fair 2015. Keep in mind: All the following events are presented to the Knox College community as well as the Galesburg community.
Flag Parade: Sign up if you are interested in holding your country's flag for the flag parade! Priority will be given to seniors who have not held the flag for I-Fair in previous years in a first come first serve basis. DEADLINE: DECEMBER 20TH, 2014 Contact person: Emily Finke and/or Ellen Lipo
