Families
- Families with minor age children (0-17) struggling financially
- Currently receiving Food Stamps, Cash Assistance, Medicaid, SSI, SSD Award Letter, and/or Unemployment Benefits
Seniors
- Senior citizens, 62 years or older, struggling financially and/or receiving social security income only
Individuals
- Adults living only on Social Security disability benefits (SSD/SSI)
Safety Procedures
All sites will be practicing CDC and state guidelines. Sites will be operating as a Drive Through and households will remain in their vehicles. Masks will be suggested for all visitors and provided on request. All volunteers will be wearing masks and be temperature checked daily for your safety.
What Documents Should I Collect?
- Photo I.D. for applying adults
- Social Security cards or birth certificates for individuals, spouses, and minor children in the household
- Grandparents need legal proof of custody of grandchildren
- Proof of SSI, SSD, or unemployment benefits
- Current utility bill (electric – water) or lease agreement
What Do I Bring on My Pickup Day?
Please arrive with your email, text or printed confirmation, and Photo ID. Children registered for toys will be verified for Christmas.
In-person Registration
Starting 11/02/21, for families struggling to register online or that prefer to register in person, we are offering two registration locations.

Tuesdays: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Thursdays: 11:00am – 2:00pm
Meals On Wheels for Kids
Tampa Bay Network to End Hunger will provide two special holiday deliveries of food and toys this year for transportation-disadvantaged families, in partnership with Metropolitan Ministries, through their Meals On Wheels for Kids program, Holidays On Wheels. Sign-up is open to all households, with children, living in Hillsborough, Pasco, or Pinellas counties that lack access to a reliable vehicle OR are led by an adult who is largely homebound due to disability or illness.
School Dance December 10th
- Dance will be after school from 3:00pm- 5:00pm in our school gym
- Costumes are not permitted for this dance
- Tickets will go on sale before school and during lunches in the Pack Shack Monday December 6th until Friday December 10th. Tickets are $5 per student. There will be no tickets sold at the door for this dance.
Backpack Drop off/Pick-up
Students will report to the Building 2 hallway and create single file line after school and enter into the backside of the cafeteria to drop off their backpacks in the cafeteria. Once the drop off their backpack they will report directly to the gym with their dance ticket.
At the conclusion of the dance students will report to the Building 2 hallway in a single file line and enter into the cafeteria to pick-up their bags. Once their bag is picked up they will report back to the gym where they will be called to their car to meet their parents. (Please see Pick-up Procedures below)
Pick-up Procedures:
We will be following afternoon pick-up procedures to expedite the car line. If you are not familiar with this procedure, please form two lines throughout the parking lot and display your child's first and last name on your dashboard. The caller will call your student from the gym waiting area.

Healthy Student Program
Hello Coyotes,
Nurse Leslie here to let you know about an exciting program CCMS will have this year. The Healthy Student Program is back to help reduce help problems and improve school attendance. Parents a letter is attached explaining the program. The application needs to be filled out, signed for this school year only and returned to the clinic. With a filled out and returned application your student will be able to come to the clinic and get medication for headaches, skin irritations, menstrual cramps, stomachaches and other health problems that can be resolved with over the counter medications.
