- 100% of classrooms will have student discussions, teacher facilitated questioning, student generated discussion and questioning
- Mathematical practices will be present in math lesson plans
- Mathematical practices will be discussed during collaboration
- 100% of ELA and math classrooms will implement workshop or launch, explore, summarize model of instruction
- 100% of K-5 teachers able to accurately complete running records
- 100% of K-3 teachers are able to accurately articulate students immediate need based on running record and select a book that best supports this need
- 100% of K-5 teachers are implementing Dorn/Richardson model for guided reading daily, including appropriate selection of word work and writing.
- Progress monitoring data for all tier 2 and 3 students indicate regular monitoring with running records to determine progress and next needs.
- All parents receive regular updates on progress for tier 2 and 3 student via individual student plan.

Common understanding of what is graded and not graded/grading methods using non letter grade work (rubrics, etc.)
Methods for using the common assessments to modify instruction
Practical tools to suggest to teachers struggling with formative assessment development and use in the classroom. Essential checklists: what are they, how do they use them, how do we monitor their effectiveness as principals (as observed in classrooms and through collaboration time)
