NEWS!
Soaring Cardinals!
We celebrated students who won the Principal 50! Students are added to a bingo board when they receive a Positive Office Shout-Out! Students can earn Positive Office Shout- Out for being outstanding students who resemble our CHIRP qualities!
At LSC we CHIRP.... we are C-caring and H-helpful, we show I-integrity and R-respect, and ALWAYS stay P- positive.
Cardinals of the Month
Madison Lewis (Mrs. Roberson)- Madison does a great job of listening and following directions in the classroom. She exhibits all CHIRP characteristics. She is Caring, Helpful, shows Integrity, is Respectful, and has a Positive attitude. Way to go Madison!
Rosalie Santos (Mrs. Bevilacqua)- She always has a positive attitude and ready to help her classmates with a smile.
Kayla Ntwari (Ms. Chamberlain)- Kayla is such a leader in my classroom! She is always exhibiting CHIRP qualities. She is such a kind friend and is a great group member! She shows integrity every day and is respectful to not only adults but the others in the classroom as well. Kayla, you are amazing!
First Grade:
Mario Soriano (Mrs. Pearson)- Always respectful and helpful.
Zikora Eluka (Mrs. Klezmer)- Zikora always has a smile on his face, a hug for a friend, and kind words when you need them. His upbeat and positive attitude has helped him to become a great reader and an exciting storyteller. Not only does this positively impact his education, but it makes the classroom a brighter place!
Second Grade:
Draven Romero (Ms. Jones)- Draven is a model student. He comes to school excited to learn and share. Draven displays what a true cardinal stands for. He is an effective communicator and self-managed. #CHIRP
Fatima Patino (Mr. Rosa)- Fatima is an example of how to be goal-oriented and resilient in math. She has demonstrated behaviors that scream CHIRP. Because of this, she has gained an understanding of complex mathematical skills that will help her be financially literate and an effective leader.
Third Grade:
Mia Chavez (Ms. Welsh)- Mia is an excellent leader in our class. She is self-managed and represents our class well. She also shows our CHIRP qualities on a daily basis. She is caring about others, helpful when someone is struggling, works hard even when no one is recognizing her work, respectful to her peers and adults, and stays positive for the majority of the time!
Grayson Green (Mr. Wadsworth)- Always showing CHIRP qualities!
Fourth Grade-
Isaiah Padilla (Mrs. Bloss)- Isaiah is always caring and helpful. He is a good friend and works hard in class.
Lillian Villanueva (Mrs. Lyle)- Lillian is always showing CHIRP qualities. She sets high expectations for herself every day and is respectful of all of her peers and teachers.
Fifth Grade-
Kaitlyn Walker (Mrs. Walch)- Kaitlyn was an awesome example of our LifeLeader attribute card Resilient this month. When things got tough, she stayed positive and focused on things that she could control and change. She put in lots of hard work and it's definitely paying off in her school work!
