A SPECIAL WORD OF THANKS . . .

From the Davis Richmond Staff for all of the kindnesses shown and given during the holiday season. It is our greatest pleasure to partner with you in your child’s education. Also, thank you to...

  • Our Holiday Party Room Parents. The planning and preparation you put into the parties was evident by the engaging games, creative crafts, and delectable treats our students so enjoyed.
  • Our parents who could not attend the parties but were present in the treats and party supplies they provided.

The Davis Primary and Richmond Intermediate office will be closed December 23 - January 3. We will re-open on January 7th. We look forward to welcoming our students and families back on Tuesday, January 7th.

VOLUNTEER PROTOCOL

Volunteers play an important part in our school community. Whether you help out in a classroom, the office, as a booster, in a fine arts program, or in another capacity, we appreciate you giving your time and talent to Davis Richmond.

For the safety and security of our students, staff members, and other visitors, District 303 is now asking that anyone who regularly volunteers in our school or chaperones a school trip follow a volunteer protocol. The protocol includes signing a volunteer liability form and completing a background check, including fingerprinting, through the Kane County Regional Office of Education.

The Regional Office of Education is located at 28N. First Street in Geneva. Appointments can only be made online at www.kaneroe.org. To be fingerprinted and processed as a volunteer for District 303, the fee is $40. Checks may be made payable to the ROE.

Thank you for helping us keep our schools safe.

PARENT SURVEY - WE VALUE YOUR FEEDBACK

Thank you for those of you who were able to complete our survey! We need at least 25 more families to complete the survey and would sincerely appreciate if you could complete it in the next week or two. We have 14% participation, remaining the same as last week. We’re almost there, however, we still need at least 20% in order to receive a score to help us improve and to celebrate what we are doing great. We would really appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey if you have not done so yet. Thank you! To take the parent survey please visit https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois/.
