So at this point you are probably tested on Unit I - Introduction into Psychology. The approaches in Psychology can't be understated! Here is a handout to help test your students on their knowledge for the approaches. The front side is appropriate for Honors & Regular students the back side is more challenging and would be more appropriate for AP and Honors. This handout can also be used at the end of the year before final exams.
Message from Melissa
Hello and Happy (early) Valentine's Day!
I hope things are going well out there. I picked up a lot of great tidbits at the NCCSS last week. I will be passing on some ideas in the newsletter.
While I was at the NCCSS, I had a quick discussion with the heads of SS in Charlotte. I asked how their NCFinal scores looked. Some of you had expressed concern as it seemed like the scores were lower than they had been in the past. Well, Charlotte stated that they noticed their scores had gone down.
At this time, I still have not seen the details I want to see for the NCFinals. Hopefully, this will happen soon.
On the plus side, SchoolNet will now tell you the percentile students make on the benchmark. So, if you have their predicted percentile from EVASS, you will be able to see how students are doing based on the benchmark without using the spreadsheet I create!
As always, let me know if you need anything and have a great week!
Melissa
