Message from the Superintendent
As the colors of spring bloom and brighten our moods, Bristol Township School District celebrates resilience. It finally seems like we are back to normal with many upcoming activities including live concerts, the Freshman Formal and Prom. At this month's Board meeting, we celebrated Honors Music and the eighth grade students who achieved perfect scores on the Civics Exam. There is also much to celebrate in this newsletter and the wonderful achievements of our students. I hope you enjoy reading their stories.

Remembering Martin F. Mack III
The Bristol Township School District and Athletic Department mourns the loss of Pennsylvania State Troopers Martin F. Mack III and Branden T. Sisca, and the man they were assisting when the three were tragically killed. Our deepest condolences go out to their families, friends and colleagues during this difficult time.
Mack expressed interest in coaching lacrosse in the summer after the 2017 season and officially became the Assistant Coach in spring 2018. This year would have been his fifth season coaching with head Coach Mike Walczak.
As a defense and goalie coach, Mack will be remembered for always putting others first and bringing much needed humor to the field. “He had a way of being humorous in heavy situations and always brought the spirits up of players, so they could focus on playing lacrosse,” said Coach Walczak. “I think that’s what players appreciated the most about him.”
The lacrosse team is planning to honor him with a black out at Senior Night, date to be determined. They will carry a flag with the State Trooper Emblem on it with a black mourning band across it and the words “Coach Mack” in gold. The team’s chin straps will also have the same emblem on it.
For final thoughts, Coach Walczak said, “If you’re reading this and you have children at home, make sure you give them a hug, a kiss and tell them you love them.”
