What To Expect!

In the first trimester, hormones trigger the womans body to begin nourishing the baby even before tests and a physical exam can confirm the pregnancy. Womans body is feeling bouts of nausea, tender and swollen breasts, increased urnation, etc. Pregnancy also might leave you exhausted, anxious, and delighted. The 3 most important roles of a mother is be honest, be patient, and be supportive of the baby.
In the first trimester, the babys limbs start to bend his hands are also flexed at the wrist. The baby is also swallowing fluid and kicking a lot. The baby is a little over an inch or so long and weighs less than a quarter of an ounce. By the end of the first trimester, the babies fingers are formed and you can also the fingertips. You will also be able to see the veins and organs through the skin. The body starts to catch up with the head and you can see the third of the body size now. And the baby is almost 3 inches long.
During the second trimester, the baby can now squint, frown, grimace, pee, and possibly suck his/her thumb! The baby can now stretch out. By the end of the 14th week the babies arms have grown to a length that's in proportion to the rest of the body. The babies liver also starts making bile. By the end of the trimester, the baby weighs 2 pounds.
The womans uterus is a bit above her pubic bone, which might be enough to push the tummy out a tad. The womans body start to notice new symptoms. Such as you back starts to ache up and leg muscle cramps starts to happen every once in a while. The uterus is starting to put pressure on the veins that return blood from your legs to your heart as well as your nerves.
By the end of 28 weeks the baby weighs 2 1/4 pounds and measures 14.8 inches from the top of the head to her heels. The baby can now blink her eyes with eye lashes. With the eyesight developing the baby may be able to see the light that filters in through the womans womb. The baby is also developing neutrons inside the brain and adding more body fat in preparation for life. By the end of the third trimester, the baby weighs almost 7 1/2 pounds.
In the third trimester, the womans will most likely gain about 11 pounds. By 32 weeks, the womans blood volume has increased 40-50 percent since she got pregnant. The woman also may have lower back pain. By 36 weeks, the woman starts to have trouble with eating normal-size meals.
