8TH Grade FAQ Clap Out T-shirt Order Questions
“I didn’t attend the dance but purchased a ticket. How can I get my Clap Out tshirt?”
Our 8th Grade EOYC Chair will be contacting parents to provide them with information about their tshirt order as soon as she can. She will be dropping off the orders we have at the office but need to email these parents so that they know and can send their students to office to pick them up. They will be in gift bags and include label with the students name. Please be patient as she has two back to back business trips and will contact everyone as soon as she can.
“Why didn’t we receive our Clap Out tshirt at the dance?”
We are so sorry if you were disappointed at the dance at not receiving your high school tshirt. However, orders received after Monday April 8th may not have been filled at the dance due to having to submit an advance purchase and order with the vendor. While we prepared for that contingency the best we could due to time the order form was submitted we were unable to accommodate everyone. You will still get your tshirt during the next tshirt distribution before the clap out. We have a list of those students and parents do not need to reorder.
We haven’t ordered a Clap Out tshirt but want to.
We will be setting up a tshirt only sale at the school and online. Please check your newsletters and the WCJH Facebook PTA Group for important upcoming announcements regarding these orders and the 8th Grade Clap Out.
Lost and Found
A few items were recovered from the dance. We will be placing those in the lost and found box at the school.
If you are a parent or community member that will be joining us, please click on the link below and complete the google form below by 4:00pm on Friday, May 17, 2019 to speed up the check-in process. This will allow our front office staff to raptor you in early, and have your name tag pre-printed. All parents who complete this form should park in the back of the school where you will be greeted with your pre-printed name tag. If you are unable to complete the google form by the deadline, please park in the front of WCJH so you can be raptored in upon arrival.
