SJCS Family Newsletter
November 2021
Each day when I get to work, I sit in my car for a minute and say a quick prayer for our school, students, staff, and each family. I also pray for an understanding of where God wants to take us and our school. I ask for guidance, "What does our future look like? Where do we go from here?" While I do not know yet all the details exactly, I can envision a school where our primary purpose is to love kids and each other toward sainthood. We will pursue this in growing mind, body, and spirit at a standard of excellence.
As we continue to explore what the future of our school looks like, I invite you to join me in our strategic planning process to align our vision, mission, and goals. In order for this to be the most successful we can make it, I will need some help getting feedback, analyzing information, dreaming and actualizing our goals.
If you are interested in supporting our school with this process, please consider filling out this interest form so I can fit all the pieces together to complete our strategic plan moving us into the future.

No Uniform November
All money raised will go to the junior class for prom and if there is extra funds, the class will use it for Homecoming 2022. There is a cap of $75 per family - parents with more than three kids would only pay $75 for all their children.
Please see the attached video for dress guidelines. If a student breaks free dress guidelines at the elementary level, the first offense is a warning with a parent contact. The second offense will result in the loss of free dress privilege for No Uniform November and there will be no refund.
At the secondary level, the first offense will result in a demerit as well as the student being sent to the uniform closet to change. The second offense will result in the loss of free dress privilege for No Uniform November.
Checks or cash may be given to Mrs. Svatek or Mrs. Tietjen through the end of November. Should you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Kleiber at akleiber@stjosephbcs.org.
Reminder this is a fundraiser for our junior class and is not mandatory. Students are always welcome to wear their uniforms.
