MONDAY IS FAVORITE T-SHIRT DAY! Wear your Favorite T-Shirt!
We are in the midst of wrapping up a very successful and fun Gleek Week with our Gleek Week campers and are very excited to welcome you to our home.
We've been here all week preparing to welcome your children to the program, in a safe and healthy way! The campers who've we had this week have been beaming all week!
Please make sure to read through this email to see some exciting things we've got lined up for you!
How to prepare for Camp!
- A Reusable Water Bottle that is unique and clearly marked with your child's name.
- Movement Clothes! You will be dancing a lot throughout the day.
- Jazz Shoes or Tennis Shoes for movement.
- A packed lunch that will not go bad (with appropriate silverware). There will be no microwaves this year as this is a high touch surface.
- A Mask
- A Face-Shield (which can be purchased off of Amazon).
- Sun Screen - in the event we are able to spend time outdoors.
- A Hat/Sun glasses - in the event we are able to spend time outdoors.
Safety Procedures
ICE CAST/Youth CAST arrive at 8:50am - 9:10am.
SNOW CAST/TECH CREW arrive between 9:20am - 9:40am.
2. Please remain in your cars outside of entrance A3. You will be greeted by your teachers, and checked in after temperature checks. Please stay in your car. Campers will roll down their windows while temperature checks and covid-19 symptom questions are made.
3. Students will be broken up into small groups. These groups will be your Frozen Families! Over the course of the next two week, you will learn the staging, songs, and dances for the production of Frozen, Jr.
4. We will try to spend, weather permitting, as much time outdoors as possible, with frequent breaks. We've got a huge 20x20 tent, and access to covered outdoor spaces. When not outside, we will be in large spaces where campers can spread out including the Auditorium, Library, and Cafeteria.
5. Please make sure to wear masks or face shields when in the building.
6. We will be providing 4 Tickets to each family for their child's performance on Friday, July 24th of Saturday, July 25th. Rows and seats will be disinfected using our disinfectant fogger, and families will be asked to social distance from one another. No tickets will be sold to the community.

Jazz Shoes
JAZZ SHOES
Please make sure that your child has Jazz Shoes ready to go for the first day of Camp! We highly recommend you buy these early. While we will be providing a costume for every student, we do not provide shoes. Please visit Amazon and type in "JAZZ SHOE". They can be either tan or black. HERE IS A LINK TO SOME JAZZ SHOES ONLINE
Clear Bins
CLEAR BINS
We request that all students bring their materials in a clear bin. No book bags. This allows us to help students quickly and efficiently find materials. Additionally, the clear bin is a great way for students to store things in a tidy way. Please do not bring book bags to the program. We strongly recommend a bin that is large enough to fit a folder, a lunch box, shoes, make-up, and misc. items.
Here is the Link we are recommending from Amazon.
