Chapman Chargers Update
Good Morning Chapman Families!
I hope all of you were able to enjoy the sunshine this weekend. I am hoping the weatherman is wrong and that we continue to have dry conditions and sun the whole week :)
It is teacher appreciation week. PTO sent home a theme for every day this week to thank your teacher. Our teachers are amazing and Chapman families and students are so lucky to have such hardworking, caring and dedicated professionals.
Due to having to pack the media center, students will no longer be able to check out books. Please make sure that if your child has a library book that it is returned ASAP. Thank you!
The Memorial Day Parade is on May 27th. Bike Decorating, sponsored by the Kiwanis Club, will take place at 9 AM at Chapman and the parade begins at 10 AM. Flyer is attached below with more information.
Field Day will be June 5th- This will also be the Senior Walk Event. We are so excited for both of these end of the year activities.
May Lunch Menu is attached below!
This Week's Schedule:
5th Grade Chaperone Meeting 6 PM
First Grade Bowling Field Trip
Carpool: Please be patient and pull as far forward as possible in the carpool line. BOTH doors are open for students to enter the building. Please remember for your safety and the safety of the students to please only get out on the curb side of the car. If you have to get out of the car for any reason please park in the parking lot to do so. Please stay in line in carpool and do not cut around. This is for the safety of the families that are crossing the carpool lane. I appreciate all the great work and how smoothly the morning drop off procedures are going! Well done!
