How they affected the modern world
Greece and Rome contributed a lot to modern society. First of all, the Greek language is responsible for many of the words we use in our lives. Words like "Gymnasium" and "Cafetorium" came from the Ancient Greek Society,
Rome also contributed a lot to modern society. This civilization provided lots of architectural knowledge to our world. The Romans invented the dome, which is now proudly presented as the roof of the Capital Building and many other famous places.
The Greeks and Romans believed in many gods and goddesses. The theory is that Gaia and Uranus gave birth to the Titans, who in turn gave birth to Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades, the big gods. The second generation of gods and goddesses included Ares and Athena. This is the mythology of the gods and goddesses.
