NATIONAL BULLYING PREVENTION & AWARENESS MONTH
National Bullying Prevention Month is a campaign in the United States founded in 2006 by PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center. The campaign is held during the month of October and unites communities nationwide to educate and raise awareness of bullying prevention.

P3 Campus is an anonymous tip reporting solution developed specifically for K-12 schools. It is a vital tool in keeping schools and students safe. Students can report about a wide range of concerns from bullying to suicide threats or threats of violence

Red Ribbon Week is the nation's oldest and largest drug prevention awareness program. Red Ribbon Week started after the death of Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent Enrique “Kiki” Camarena, who in 1985 was brutally murdered by drug traffickers he was investigating in Mexico.

Contentment Foundation - Mindfulness in the Classroom
MINDFULNESS is about learning to train your attention to the present moment without dwelling on what has happened in the past or worrying about the future. Mindfulness provides many physical and psychological benefits.
This month's character Pillar is - RESPECT
Treat others with respect and follow the Golden Rule:
• Be tolerant and accepting of differences
• Use good manners, not bad language
• Be considerate of the feelings of others
• Don’t threaten, hit or hurt anyone
• Deal peacefully with anger, insults, and disagreements
