What is sleep deprivation?

Sleep deprivation is the lack of sleep.

Signs and symptoms

  • Tiredness/drowsiness
  • Weight gain
  • Lack of sleep
  • Fatigue

How to end sleep deprivation

  • Try to leave electronics out of the bedroom
  • Set aside some more time in the evening to wind down
  • Avoid eating or consuming caffeine once it's close to bedtime
