What is sleep deprivation?
Sleep deprivation is the lack of sleep.
Signs and symptoms
- Tiredness/drowsiness
- Weight gain
- Lack of sleep
- Fatigue
How to end sleep deprivation
- Try to leave electronics out of the bedroom
- Set aside some more time in the evening to wind down
- Avoid eating or consuming caffeine once it's close to bedtime
