Week of October 4th, 2021
Notes from Administration
Dear Roberts and ECHS community,
We are excited to usher in fall and October festivities, it really feels like the year is in full swing now!
We are getting very close to the half-way point, so grades are being updated and things are starting to feel very real! Our first 14 students have earned .5 credit already in English and math through our accelerated courses, and even more are completing each week in our online courses!
Chemeketa classes have started up, and students in ECHS have begun attending courses for Fall term!
Please read below for our events and schedule adjustments coming up for the month of October!

AVID Student of the Month: September
Calvin demonstrated unusual intellectual humility in Spanish early on last year in a less than ideal school year. He quickly recognized his challenges and approached them with great humor and positivity, making him one of the most relatable and likeable students in class during distance learning. He is a reliable student who produces high quality work.
And finally, having Calvin in any group improves the experience for everyone. He is an enthusiastic leader and has the courage to express himself and share his ideas. He pays attention in class and participates by contributing thought-provoking questions and comments.
