Soledad High School and Transition Center Students
Our students enjoyed weekly walks from Soledad High and the Adult Transition Center to the Soledad Pool Facility. These brisk walks provided an excellent opportunity for the students to benefit from a healthy wellness and exercise routine. An afternoon at the pool with familiar friends and staff was particularly refreshing when the temperatures in Soledad were upwards of 89 degrees. The lifeguards always maintained the the rules for safety at all times. The students are not only splashing in the water, but learning how to float, hold their breath under water, while others are learning or improving their breast stroke.
Instructional Aides
Instructional Aides are always present with the students as well on these outings, to ensure their safety and well being.
