Ed Tech Webiste Highlight: Fakebook
Props to Kathy Kelly for this discovery!
Fakebook allows students to create mock Facebook pages for historical or fictional characters without violating Facebook's terms of use policies.
Use "Fakebook" to chart the plot of a book, the development of a character, a series of historical events, the debates and relationships between people, and so on!
Students start by entering a name at the top of the page. Student then proceed to add friends, posts, comments and profile information. Students can save their work and edit it again later."
