Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service
GREETINGS IVY FAMILY!
Last week, we celebrated Read Across America Week. Our scholars enjoyed green eggs and ham and had the opportunity to listen to several guest readers in their classes. Our week ended with the Student Government Association Inauguration. We are very proud of our scholars for leading this charge!
This week marks the second week of Women's History Month. The theme for this year is "Valiant Women of the Vote". The purpose is to recognize influential women and their contributions to history. In collaboration with recognizing notable women past and present, we will also celebrate National Sisterhood Month. Our scholars will engage in activities to show their appreciation for their sisters and understand the true meaning of sisters forever!
Our Chick Fil A Fundraiser is BACK! Every Friday Chick Fil A biscuits will be sold for $3.50 in the main lobby. Acceptable forms of payments are cash, debit, and credit cards. Please see the flyer for more details.
