Casie Barksdale
Director of Technology & Integration Specialist
After 9 years in the classroom, and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, I discovered a new direction and love for teaching beyond the high school. I discovered my love for teaching educators, and adults. After 3 ½ years as an Instructional Technology Coach, I found a passion for teaching educators, and adults about the most effective ways to utilize technology as a means to enhance performance, productivity and efficiency by using a variety of methods; face to face, hybrid, and online. Having taught high school students, college students and teachers I find that teaching is the same across the board and the love of teaching is embedded into my everyday life.

I have never met anyone who has the range to work with such a diverse set of teachers on personalities and technological abilities as Mrs. Barksdale. I could never tell you in words what she has been able to do here at Locust Fork High School. You will know what I'm talking about the moment you allow her to come to your school.
