Visitor Policy
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, visitors are not permitted at school. If you need to drop off your child's device or water bottle, you may enter the main entrance door of the school with a face covering and leave the item with your child's name on a table in our vestibule and someone will deliver it to your child. If your child is tardy, you may walk your child to the front door and sign them in. Ring the doorbell to the office, and the administrative assistant will lead your child into the building.
At this time, volunteers of any kind are also not permitted. We will continue to hold IEP meetings virtually to protect the health of our families and staff. Please do not linger in the parking lot. To maintain social distancing and ensure safety, only school staff and students are allowed on school grounds for arrival.

Sherwood PTO
WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL, PANDAS!
While this school year is off to a very different start than usual, we are still excited to welcome all of our Sherwood families to the 2020 - 2021 school year! We are truly all in this together, and together we will collaborate to make this a safe, fun, and terrific school year for our Panda students!
Our PTO Memberships are now open and available for sale! Returning families should be familiar with our PTO, but for new parents, our annual PTO memberships are a $30 donation which gives you access to our awesome PaperlessPTO App which includes PTO calendar dates, class and teacher lists, family contact info, absent student reporting, and more! Your donation makes supporting our Sherwood students, teachers and school possible! Please visit our PTO website at www.SherwoodPTO.org for more information and to join today!
NEW Families: Please visit www.SherwoodPTO.org to create an online account with our PTO. (This is separate from purchasing a PTO membership. The online security code to create a new account is 1234). Creating an account will ensure you are included on our PTO email and/or text lists to receive notifications when we have information on upcoming events or important reminders. If you prefer not to receive notices, or not to have your information in our school directory, you may choose to opt out once you log in.
ALL Families: Please remember to update your student’s information ASAP! (Teacher/Class/Grade and Session Time). This creates the PTO classroom lists.
Please go to www.SherwoodPTO.org, login, then go to “My Account”, “My Students”.
Update your student’s info then click “Save Students”.
THANK YOU for your help with this!
We are always updating our PTO website so please visit it often. Check out the links and menus to become familiar with it.
