What is Meth?
Methamphetamine, also known as meth, is a very strong and powerful stimulant drug. Meth comes most likely as a white powder or crystal. Meth can be absorbed by swallowing, snorting, smoking or injecting.
What are some short term effects
Those who take meth will experience faster heart rate, breathing rate, and can lead to a higher blood pressure. Meth will also lead to people behaving unpredictably. Some other short term effects are dry mouth, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, and decreased appetite.

What are some of the effects on the central nervous system?
Meth users will experience damaged brain cells, and experience memory loss. Meth will also make it hard to understand and do certain tasks. Some of these affects could be permanent, which means affects of meth could show up forever.
Long term effects
Of course, one could easily become addicted to meth. However, some other long term affects of meth are weight loss, anxiety, strange behavior, or insomnia.
