Principal’s Prose
Greetings Team,
I hope that everyone had a fantastic fall weekend! With such a busy week behind us and one before us, it was nice to have a relaxing weekend during such an event saturated season. Nonetheless, with each event, opportunities continue to emerge which allow for Sudie TAG to brightly shine. As we lean forward, I would urge each of us continue to approach and capture each day as such, an opportunity! We have the opportunity to teach students, introduce opportunity, grow potential, expand our impact and territory, and to consistently improve our practices. If it is true that “success lives where preparation and opportunity meet”, let’s be prepared to decorate our house appropriately for the moments and weeks to come!
With last weeks’ Coffee with the Principal, trainings, Muffin-palooza, award ceremony, Career Day, Discover Dallas, and clubs all behind us, please know that your efforts helped to support a 100% success rate for each event. This week, along with fulfilling our commitment to the top notch teaching we are charged with providing, recruitment for next year is now a top priority. Wednesday’s Open House and the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will both prove as opportunities to officially put us on the “map”, and to situate Sudie atop the school’s of choice in our district. Yes, I did say atop! We’ve got this, and the opportunity to be the BEST is ours for a reason....it’s our time to shine and to officially make our mark on our district!
Keep grinding it out, seizing opportunities and make it a GREAT week Team!
Sincerely,
MJ
