Dual Credit Information for 2023-2024 School Year
NOTE: Students must have been accepted during the 2022-2023 school year
- Students who qualify and are accepted into the Dual Credit Program for the 2023-2024 school year must check their class schedule (when available in Skyward) to ensure that the dual credit designation is showing. The designation shows as a "D" next to each course number (ex. 2326D) for the scheduled dual credit course(s).
- Please email Ms. Amber Padilla (Dual Credit Coordinator) to request any changes to your dual credit courses.

Per Texas law, completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required by by all seniors for graduation. Please click the links below to find out more and create your FSA ID.

SAT Weekend
The next SAT Weekend Exam Administration is scheduled for Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Madison High School. The deadline to register for the test is February 10, 2023. Questions? Contact Mrs. Kim Stelter (SAT Weekend Coordinator)
Students MUST bring the following on test day:
- Student Test Ticket
- Valid photo ID (student ID, TDL, Texas ID, Passport)
- Calculator (we do not provide calculators to students)
- 2 #2 pencils (not mechanical)
Testing starts at 8:00 a.m. (sharp); check-in at the library (front of the school)

Honor Graduate Designation
All honor graduate seniors will be notified by email in January, 2023, through the NEISD student email, of their official honor graduate designation. The honor graduate designations include the following:
- Summa Cum Laude: 100+ Overall Weighted Grade Average
- Magna Cum Laude: 95-99 Overall Weighted Grade Average
- Cum Laude: 90-94 Weighted Grade Average
This designation is based on all courses taken throughout high school and is not viewable on the student’s transcript or Skyward Family Access. If you have questions, please contact your student’s counselor.
