President's Message
Wow, what a year! It was so nice to have a couple of outdoor gatherings this past year and our first face to face meeting since February 2020. I thought the most exciting part of our first face to face meeting was that we were celebrating our Chapter’s Birthday and Member Milestones. What a blessing to be able to do this together in person.
Looking ahead to our February meeting, I believe it would be best to be virtual due to the unknown weather in February. I thought it would be nice to have our program be a Valentine’s Bingo Game. Be on the lookout for your bingo card. It will be arriving snail mail style along with a little something extra for our game. I thought the use of a physical board may make it better for all members to lessen the number of tabs open while on a zoom meeting at the same time.
I’m not sure how comfortable people are with reaching out to those that may need help with technology. I was thinking some members may feel more comfortable with another member physically present and logging in together on the same device. If you are a member wanting to help another member or a member that needs help, please let me know and I will do my best to help. Also, please let me know if there are any members that need assistance with our Zoom meeting.
