A Physical Change is when one state of matter (Solid,Liquid,Gas) to another. So a physical change is basically anything that is reversible. So when you melt ice to water you can freeze it back into a solid, am ice cube.

A Physical Property is a state of matter or anything that is measurable. We'll everything is made of matter. It just depends if it is measurable or not. So a cardboard box. That is made of matter. It is also measurable. You can put it on a scale and weigh it. So it is a Physical Property.
