Resource Update

Art with Ms. Elizabeth: Plenty of time in November for drawing turkeys! We will draw some turkeys and cut some out, while exploring color mixing, and if the leaves cooperate we will have an autumn leaf project. For Chapel, we will make sheep!

Creative Movement with Ms. Jennifer: The Holiday Season has arrived ! We will be doing lots of Thanksgiving themed activities this month. November is Native American History Month and with me being Native American and part of the Upper Mattaponi Tribe in King William the students will be learning about Native History and learning some Native American Dance Styles.

Music with Ms. Terri: Our featured composer for October was John Williams, so we spent many days flying like Superman or marching like Darth Vader. With fall, of course, there were plenty of songs about pumpkins and harvest. We ended the month with fun Halloween tunes. We'll spend much of November with the theme of family and being thankful.
