Learning Priorities - Curriculum Updates
Learning Priorities - Curriculum Updates
Recognizing that distance learning requires prioritizing key or essential learnings, each Curriculum Office has prepared a guidance document for teachers highlighting these learnings for the remainder of the academic year. Additional links to resources and a description of high-quality online learning (per content area) are included in each document for further support.

Student Feedback - End of Year
Although there is NO grading during this time and our retention policies has been suspended, it is important that we can summarize student learning at the end of the year.
Some questions to consider:
- How are you communicating to parents the successes and challenges of a student in grasping concepts and skills during online learning?
- How are you giving written feedback ?
- How are you addressing the differentiated needs of your students?
During our staff meeting will be talking about ways we can clearly communicate to parents how their child fared during our distant learning phase.
"Classroom" Visits
This week, I will continue to pop into classrooms, if you would like me to come on a certain date or at a certain time let me know, otherwise it will be a quiet check-in (your choice if you want to acknowledge me or not to the class
