Pleasant Valley Family Newsletter
April 16, 2021
Our mission is to empower and inspire a community of lifelong learners and leaders!
Hello Pleasant Valley Families,
Our learners did a great job during our safety drills yesterday!
Third-quarter grades can now be accessed through Home Access Center.
The district is registering Kindergarten students. If you have a child that is going to be in Kindergarten, you must register them through this link- PSCD Kindergarten Registration.
Ohio State Testing (OSTs) has been scheduled for ALL of our in-person and PVLA learners in Grades 3 and 4. These tests will take place in the mornings after arrival and morning procedures at 9:45 am. Please make every attempt to have your child in school and on time. Please refer to the letters that were sent home last week!
Please take this quick survey if you haven't done so yet. We need every family to complete it.
Please remember that if COVID-19 has impacted your child by either testing positive or being a primary contact to someone who has, you must keep them home and notify our nursing staff of the next steps. It goes without saying that any students exhibiting symptoms should remain home for at least 24 hours until symptom-free. Towards the end of this newsletter is a link to our Health and Safety Plan. Our nursing staff can be reached at 440-843-1531.
As always, I want to thank you for your partnership with Pleasant Valley! We appreciate all of our Pleasant Valley families. Should you ever have any questions, concerns, or just a terrific idea you would like to share, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the main office at 440.885.2480.
Very Sincerely Yours,
Mrs. Stephanie Boka
