This training focuses on the principles of effective customer service that schools can apply to promote positive and collaborative relationships with families.


Utilizing examples of organizations such as Wal-Mart and Walt Disney Resorts, the participants will be able to see how understanding practical customer service principles can transform their school climate and culture.

When? Where?

The in-service will be held on April 14, 2014 at Mount View High School in the Bob Jack Auditorium beginning at 4:30pm until 6:30pm. You will receive 2 staff development hours for attending this training.


A $50.00 stipend will be paid for those who participate in this training.


This training is open to all teachers and administrators.
