Loyalty
By Jacob Hall
A Loyal Leader is a Great Leader
As a leader it is important to be loyal to the people your are leading, so that they can treat you with the same loyalty as you do to them. Loyalty means being totally devoted and dedicated to a cause or a group of people.
Traits of a good loyal leader
- always support the people you are working with
- give team members help when they struggle
- when other people are around, try not to embarrass team members
- stick by your team
Great Leaders who Exemplify this trait are...

Brian Stann
Ex U.S Marine who went to war and returned as a war hero and not one man in his unit died. He helped to protect them from danger, and was willing to put himself in front of them and risk his own injuries to protect them.
