  • Updates to the Manager Syndication page were released to make it easier to enable/disable available channels (ILSs). This includes the ability for users to modify the lead delivery email and phone for each active channel.

Lead2Lease Ad Source Audit

  • Created and shared new SmartSheet, listing all properties with corresponding LeaseStar products and L2L ad sources/tracking numbers.

A total of 16 support cases were created for the month with average resolution time of 10.3 hours.

LEAD2LEASE PERFORMANCE

Percentage Answered vs. Total Calls

  • A total of 4626 calls were received in November for the portfolio.
  • On Average, 94% of all calls were answered at property level.

Average Lead Follow-Up

  • The noted 10 properties all achieved conversion rates of 9% or higher with an average per lead follow up of 3.8.
  • Lead volume for these properties accumulated 49% of total volume for the month.

Lead Generation by Ad Source

  • A total of 3,567 leads were generated through all ad sources.
  • 170 leads converted into actual leases.
  • The top 10 sources noted generated 95% of total lead volume, as well as, 95% of total leases for the month.

LeaseStar Gives Back To United Way

The LeaseStar Client Services Team spent November 13th giving back to local charity groups. They did everything from making meals for Meals on Wheels, to doing lawn work for Mi Escuelita!
