Important Dates for the Week of February 25th
- students will be called at 2:25, they should not just arrive
February 25 - Minding your Mind Assembly
- 9:35AM: 7th and 8th Grade
- 10:45AM: 6th Grade
February 26 - HR Roadshow with Dr. Harney and Deb Brilla
- 10:45 - 1:00 in the faculty dining room
February 27 - 7:15AM Meeting (Auditorium LGI )
- w/the Coaches, Mr. Vorhis and Dr. Ramage to review TDA Writings
- **Activity requires teachers to read and write during the meeting.
- **Staff will need their computers and a writing utensil for the meetings.
February 27 - Lockdown Drill during Grade 7 Lunch (11:15-11:20)
- we will announce the drill at 11:15-11:20 via the PA system
- please follow the procedures we have established during the previous drills
- please go over with your students what they should do if they are in the hallway or bathroom (they should go to the nearest classroom immediately)
February 27 - PGMS - FEBRUARY- Student of the Month due on Google Doc. from all teams
February 28 - Taste Testing All Lunch Zones (Roasted Smashed Potatoes)
February 28 - ELA Department Meeting (2:50-3:10 in Room 210)
PGMS Student of the Month - FEBRUARY due February 27th on Google Doc.....

Lockdown Drill - February 27th Details
- *** 7th Grade Teachers - Lunch will be starting at 10:45am on 2/27, the students should be at lunch by 10:45am - we will be sending tables to the serving lines as they arrive to the cafeteria. **** (We want the students done eating, their trash away and have their things for class by 11:15am) ---- drill should start at 11:15am.
- Please follow the same procedures as normal - doors locked and student out of view.
- Any student that is in the hallway should be directed to enter the closest classroom.
- We will review with the 7th grade students the procedures for the cafeteria the day before the drill.
- We will make an announcement when the drill is over, please stay locked down until you hear the announcement.
Looking Ahead to the Week of March 4th...

March 6 - Spring Pictures
- Grade levels will be called and students that want them can be sent to the auditorium
- 10:15AM - Individuals - Approximately when 8th grade group is finished
- 1 grade level every called 1/2 hour
- 10:15 - 7th
- 10:45 - 8th
- 11:15 - 6th
March 6 - Grade 8 Group Picture
- Grade 8 group photo (9:45am in the Gymnasium)
March 7 - PGMS PTA Meeting

March 8 - PGMS PTA Event

March 8 - ALL PGMS Staff PSSA Certifications Due
- please give to Mrs. Hicks in the first floor main office
- we will be contacting staff that have not submitted them to Mrs. Hicks (all staff should be certified)
