Gifted and talented students are found in all cultures, socioeconomic groups, geographic locales, and environments.

Wise Words
"To harness the power of self-esteem and make it work for you, begin by acknowledging that you have free will and free choice to take full responsibility for who you are, how you see yourself, and what direction you're going to point yourself in. There's only one person who can lift your self-esteem and raise it up to the heights of self-love and self-confidence, and that's you."

FCCLA
Congratulations FCCLA on another successful year! Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed!
From Mrs. Rusche:
FCCLA had an eventful weekend competing in Corpus Christi this weekend, Everyone did great and I am proud of them no matter what. Mrs. Vanek (my wonderful chaperone) and I took 14 students to competition.
The results are as follows:
Connor Vanek & Gabriella Garcia BOTH SECURED Region Officer Spots!!
These 2 will have a very busy schedule for the remainder of the year before State and (hopefully) Nationals!!
Jack Darley, Dash Reed & Jonas Kizer secured 1ST PLACE in Food Innovations and are advancing to STATE!!
Jesus Viveros, Yered Gomez, & Wyatt Sanchez secured 3RD Place in Food
Innovations and are advancing to STATE!!
Thank you so much for your support. As we move forward these opportunities will become possible with our plans for bake sales, and future dates of a possible car wash.
Please remember us in the future as we work hard to achieve these goals.
