IT'S CLASSIFIED March 2023!
March 2023
Lucky to Live in Arizona
Daylight Saving Time (DST) begins Sunday, March 12, at 2:00 A.M. However, because of our wonderful weather and sunshine, Arizona has not observed Daylight Savings Time since 1968.
Lucky for us, we do not follow daylight saving time. We do not have to worry about the adverse health consequences of adjusting the clock forward one hour, like the heightened risk of mood disturbances and circadian misalignment (the disruption in our internal clock).
So while the rest of the continental U.S. loses an hour of sleep Sunday morning, our natural cycles of light and darkness remain aligned. ππ
"It is through the alignment of the body that I discovered the alignment of my mind, self, and intelligence" - BKS Iyengar, founder of Iyengar Yoga.
Gmail - Undo Send
One of our favorite tips is Undo Send, which prevents you from sending emails you wish you hadn't. βUndo Send' allows people using Gmail to cancel a sent email if a mistake is spotted or you sent the email to the wrong person; it can be undone immediately after sending.
This can be enabled from your Gmail settings by clicking on the settings icon located in the top right corner of your Gmail screen (if the settings window opens and says "quick settings," then select "All Settings").
In the settings screen (pictured below), under the General tab, you will see a list, and there you will find 'Undo Send' where you can select your βSend cancellation periodβ 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds to undo a sent email. Once you have selected, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes'.

Google Sheets - Dropdown Multicolor Chips
A color-coded dropdown list is a useful sophisticated feature in Google Sheets. A dropdown list is a list of options consisting of numbers or words that can be selected withinin a cell. Providing the exact values or text makes a spreadsheet more convenient and eliminates the risk of mistyped entries. Additionally, color-coding the options listed, make it easier to identify specific data quickly.
