Not Your Grandma's Book Report
Alternatives to the Traditional Book Report
Why an alternative?
Comprehension is an essential component to successful reading. Teachers want to ensure that their students are understanding what they read. However, traditional book reports often disengage students and don't truly capture the students' ownership of the text. These resources are meant to offer alternatives to the traditional book report while still capturing comprehension.
