Parents,

Please make sure to keep the office updated about any changes in your addresses, phone numbers and contacts. We need to be able to reach you quickly!

We utilize social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)to show you how we spend our days and to send you important information. We use SchoolStatus to communicate daily with parents.

• School Spirit Day at Chick-fil-A Northport Tuesday, Sept. 13th. Mention FVES and we will get a percentage of the proceeds!
• We will take Fall Pictures on Thursday, Sept. 22nd.
• Scholastic Book Fair is coming to FVES October 3-7, 2022.
• We will have a Family Literacy Night onTuesday, October 4th from 6:00-7:00 pm. We want all our families to attend! Find out about the AL Literacy Act and ways to support your child at home.
• Report cards come home on Friday, Oct. 14th.

TCSS has created TCSS Connect to provide all learners with instructional technology that will support their learning to become more creative, confident, and connect members of their communities. TCSS Connect will allow all learners to implement instructional practices that are engaging, challenging, standards-based, and effective. Students in Kindergarten through second grade will leave their i-Pads at school and third and fourth graders may take them home. We urge parents to purchase the i-Pad insurance for $50.00 (pay in MYSCHOOLBUCKS)!
