Parent Teacher Conferences

Virtual Conferences will be held:

Thursday, October 8th from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

Friday, October 9th from 8:00 am -12:00pm

While all conferences will be virtual, parents will sign-up using Pick-A-Time.

Directions for accessing Pick-A-Time can be found https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KzeGzfrMvK4crC2YBeCKqur9L8uAlzRM/view.

This year, D303 elementary schools are shifting from conferences focused on progress review to a focus on setting meaningful goals. Teachers will be reviewing student work and student assessment data with your child to determine areas of strengths and areas of improvement. Goals will then be set and ideas to reach those goals will be shared with you at your child’s conferences. The role of the teacher, the student and the guardian in reaching those goals will be discussed. In order for you to prepare for these conferences, please reflect on this school year so far. What has been a success for your child? What has been a challenge? How can you support your child with reaching his or her goals?

The conferences will conclude with time for questions.

If you are interested in conferencing with a specials teacher, please reach out to them directly via email. You can find their contact information below.
