Temple University Pre-Law Society presents

A discussion and Q&A session with Temple Law Professor, Kenneth Jacobsen. Professor Jacobsen has taught Civil Procedure II for four years in the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program and also teaches Litigation Basics, a Seminar on Complex Civil Litigation, and a course on Interviewing, Counseling and Negotiation. For the past 30 years, he has concentrated his practice in complex business and commercial litigation, including class actions on behalf of investors, consumers and victims of environmental disasters.

Professor Jacobsen is also co-owner of the Wilmington Blue Rocks Professional Baseball Club. Through his law office and sports marketing company, Professor Jacobsen provides legal advisory and consulting services to professional athletes on promotions, product endorsements, and appearances. Among Professor Jacobsen's clients is former Phillies outfielder, Shane Victorino, NBA basketball legend, Julius Erving and many other notable professional athletes.
