You Can Make a Difference!
Drop off any eyeglasses that you no longer need at the Drop Boxes located in the school office.
Throughout the year, Lions, Leos and other volunteers collect used eyeglasses and deliver them to regional Lions Eyeglass Recycling Centers (LERCs). LERC volunteers clean, sort by prescription strength and package the glasses. Recycled glasses are distributed to people in need in low and middle income communities where they will have the greatest impact.

Ben Sullivan
Ben is involved in both, music and acting. A few years ago, he began playing drums. Since then, he has performed in many shows as both, a drummer and sometimes even a lead singer. He seems to be happiest when he is performing music. This year, he began playing drums in the band at Doyle and performs as part of the 6th grade band. Last year, he participated in a Devised Theater program at Doyle Elementary where children wrote and performed their own show. He is also a member of the choir at Doyle.
And, more recently, Ben auditioned for and will be performing in Doyle's Seussical production. ... We are particular proud of Ben because not long before he began playing drums, he was signed up for a musical theater class.
... We are also very proud of how he encourages others and cheers on his friends who try new creative endeavors. Creative activities have truly had a direct positive impact on Ben.
