Education Foundation
Dear Glenhope Elementary School Families,
Since 1998, the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation, a public 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has been a leader in fostering student learning by awarding over $3 million in teacher and district grants to fund key projects in the classroom. Through corporate sponsorships, donor endowments, and direct contributions, members of the GCISD community support our schools because they know that great schools make a great community. They also know that state school finance does not adequately cover the cost of a great education. 100% of all donations to the Education Foundation stay within our school district to support our students and teachers!
Over the past 18 years the Education Foundation has awarded 51 grants to Glenhope Elementary, totaling $40,924, including the three most recent grants awarded last Friday.
Now, more than ever, we must commit our BEST efforts to ensure success in advancing our mission and to meet the financial challenges placed upon our district and teachers. We have now made it easier for parents to participate in funding Foundation grants by being part of the Network for Good where you can make ongoing contributions.

With the holidays upon us, please consider a donation to the Grapevine-Colleyville Education Foundation in your 2016 year-end giving as an investment in the quality of life in our community, for now and the future. It is our goal to increase parent participation so we can award more grants to your campus and district-wide, as we continue to Build Excellent Schools Together.
Wishing you and your family the happiest of holidays!
