A FREE recovery session is being offered to all women soccer athletes! This session will last roughly 45 min. Please bring your rollers or foam rollers if possible, everything else will be provided.
Stretching and proper body weight movement can keep your body fresh and ready for the next game. These techniques can also help you stay injury free! Self massage techniques, corrective exercises & stretches are used to reach these goals.
