Dear CFES 4th Grade Families,
Your fourth grader has been hard at work this week and has definitely earned their 3 day weekend. Reminder: No School on Friday, April 2nd.
Next week on Friday, April 9th we will be hosting Cougar Campout aka Creekfest! Please see below for more information.
We are beginning our final grading period for the 2020-2021 year!
Please check in with your student to see what materials may need to be replenished for their return after the break. We still have several weeks of learning and many students are needing materials (scissors, colored pencils, dry erase markers, etc.)
Please be sure your student remembers to bring his/her water bottle and headphones or earbuds to school every day.
Our CFES Great Expectations focus this week will be:
Life Principle: patience - ability to wait calmly.
Quote: "Every strike brings me closer to the next home run." -Babe Ruth
Creekside Forest Creed
I am proud to be a Creekside Forest Cougar.
I come to school each day respecting my teachers,
my classmates, and myself.
I am responsible for my choices and their results.
I care for others with all my heart.
Never quitting is my #1 tool;
I am a leader at the #1 school.
Go CREEKSIDE!
Please be encouraged to discuss with your child what the CFES Creed and weekly quote and life principle means to them and help make life connections to reinforce.
