Stations of the Cross for families

A Children’s Way of the Cross will take place on Friday, April 11 at 6pm in the Church led by Deacon Gary Aitchison. If your child is interested in participating, we have roles for readers and for 3 altar servers. Please contact Bob Hauser at if interested.

Food/Can Drive-April 17th

Both first grade classes will be holding a nonperishable food/can drive on the morning of April 17th. The first grade students will collect food from cars in the drop-off lane that morning. Thank you for helping us teach your children about the importance of giving. All food collected will be given to Bethesda Community Food Pantry.

Mileage Club

Let’s Eat our Fruits and Vegetables!!!

Students can earn one fruit and/or one vegetable token along with the toe tokens for Mileage Club again this year. This is voluntary but Mary Greeley encourages all students to participate. The goal is to have each student eat 56 servings of fruits (for the fruit token) and/or 56 servings of vegetables (for the vegetable token) during the 8 weeks of Mileage Club.

It’s easier to track this year! (If you didn’t see a fruit and vegetable card in your child’s back pack last Friday, look for it below.) Simply mark off a box for each serving of vegetable or fruit the student eats each day. When the card is full, return it to school and a fruit and/or vegetable token will be provided to the student. Happy Eating!!!

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Scrip Tidbits

The Great Lakes Scrip Center will be closed from April 7-11. We will not be placing a SCRIP order next week. We will resume processing Scrip orders again on April 14.

If you have any questions about Scrip, please contact Bev Williams or Shannon Schroeder at

Notes from the Principal

We will not hold our regular weekly All School Masses during Holy Week (week of April 14th) or the week after Easter (week of April 21st).

Reminders that we have started Mileage Club. You are welcome to volunteer to help (see Lisa Weary’s contact information above) or just come walk with your child(ren).

Also, we hope you’ll be able to join us for our Gala on Saturday, April 26th, and for the preview this weekend (see Gala information above).

Next week, we will send out our Good Friday Agenda. Remember that the Rice Bowls will be turned in that day.
